Bel & Brio have upped the stakes this year to bring you three different kinds of Cup Day experiences. Whether you're looking for a cocktail-style function or are more inclined for a sit-down menu - Bel & Brio have you covered.

Cocktail Party
Complete with canapes, grazing plates and a beverage package for 3 hours featuring G.H.Mumm Champagne - this will be an indulgent foodie experience. With dishes such as chicken sliders, polenta fingers, Seared Yellowfin Tuna and Italian Beef and Mozzarella meatballs - the only thing left is to book your spot!

Corso Brio 3-Course Set Menu
Settle into the Corso Brio dining room for a delectable 3-course dining experience featuring Seared Ruby Tuna, Slow Roasted Lamb shoulder and hazelnut tiramisu.

Muum Maam

Muum Maam's Melbourne Cup lunch will have you wishing Melbourne Cup happened more than once a year! Settle in with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, then dive into the set menu which includes Thai specialities such as Moreton bay bug betel leaf, rice paper rolls with roast duck, wok fried Wagyu beef with chili jam, Crispy soft shell crab salad, Asian greens with shiitake mushroom, and pandan sorbet with coconut crumble, hazelnut and palm sugar caramel.

You might even like to add on a whole fried snapper with sweet & sour tamarind sauce, whole dry chilli & cashews (additional $10pp), or the twice cooked angus beef short-rib with tamarind glaze, smoked chili & ground roasted rice (additional $11pp).

Muum Maam 4

Zushi

Zushi Barangaroo will feature a special 8-course race day menu including complimentary glass of Chandon S Spritz. You’ll be right along the waterfront in front of the action with a big screen TV, sweepstakes and prizes.

If you're feeling extra peckish, you can add on a Seafood Boat with market fish of the day such as lobster, prawn, scallops and oysters (additional $30pp) or a dessert platter for $35

Book in to Phomo for your Cup Day lunch, and work your way through an extensive banquet menu (including Crispy Netted Spring Rolls, Salt & Pepper Squid, Crispy Skin Chicken, Green Papaya Salad and more), and a 3-hour beverage package that will keep the beers and wines flowing (or add $25pp to include spirits.) If you're looking for a feed inspired from the great streets in Shanghai, look no further than the banquet menu from Bund. With classic such as freshly shucked oysters, crisp green bean & XO clam salad, steam dim sum selection, kung pow chicken schnitzel and black pepper wagyu beef - the only thing that's left is to save room for deep fried ice cream for dessert.

The Butchers Block

Celebrate Melbourne Cup in style at The Butcher’s Block. Their team have created an incredible 3-course menu specially designed by Group Executive Head Chef, Daniel Rudolph.

Guests will be treated to a glass of NV Gosset Grande Reserve Brut Champagne and Butcher’s Plate upon arrival, followed by lunch and petit desserts. The afternoon will include prizes, acoustic entertainment and of course a live screening of the race that stops the nation.  

There will also be Fashions on the field for the best dressed man & woman with a chance to win a $200 Butcher’s Block voucher.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of Champagne Taittinger Cuvée Prestige plus extensive canapés, multiple large screens, live music and prizes for best-dressed during the 3.5 hour package.
