Located at the waterfront, Lotus Barangaroo’s menu pays tribute to the original custodians with a strong seafood focused menu. The menu uses China’s rich history of food with inspiration that dates back to the Ming Dynasty. Lotus Barangaroo offers live fish and seafood by preorder in addition to the main menu. Their dumpling master will create dumplings using produce that is native to the local land and sea.
