From the team behind Irori Kuon, Tempura Kuon and Sushi Sei comes Tsuzumi, a new omakase experience at The Streets of Barangaroo. Meaning "I'll leave it to you" Japanese omakase is an intimate dining experience in which the chef serves a selection of small courses direct to the diner.
