Masterclass Series 

Here at The Streets, we’re all for lifelong learning and continuous education. After all, as Henry Ford, pioneer of the automobile industry, once said:

Anyone who stops learning is old – whether at twenty or eighty.
The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young

So after a few team workshops about what sort of knowledge we might be able to impart on others, we’ve come to the conclusion that we actually don’t have much to offer (unless anyone out there wants to learn how to accidentally find themselves sipping on vermouth at Banksii when they’re really meant to be at the gym).

Instead, we’ve enlisted the help of some of our friends at The Streets - specialists in food, wine, cocktails, fashion and more - to offer some unique educational experiences to you through our Masterclass Series. We’ll be hosting a different masterclass every month, all of which will be designed to be educational, interactive – and, of course, fun!

Dumpling Masterclass

Join Lotus Barangaroo for a 1.5 hour hands-on session on how to make dumplings. You will have the opportunity to learn the secrets and skills of making 3 different types of delicious dumplings. The experience begins with making and kneading the perfect dough, mixing the flavourful fillings and the fine art of dumpling folding. Wet your whistle along the way with a complimentary drink, and finish the afternoon off with eating your tasty delights.

Cost: $80pp + booking fee (includes dumpling making experience, complimentary drink (beer, wine or soft drinks), printed recipe cards, a take-home dumpling making kit and a tin of Lotus tea)
