Members will be fully immersed in a workout that strengthens the body, builds discipline and sharpens the mind. The class includes choreographed airblasts, ozone cleaned gloves, and personal lighting over each aqua punch bag.

Burn is a calorie-incinerating combination of traditional strength training and cardio intervals. It's the workout that keeps the body working, even after leaving the building. Run, push, pull, lunge and skip on the SKILLMILL in between routines of muscle-burning dumbbell and kettlebell intervals. Each day focuses on a different body part, and choreographed lighting and music make for the most energising, effective 45‐minute workout possible.
